Crossing the Gap is a nonprofit community organization founded and based in Claiborne County TN that exists to assist individuals and families in the transition from a place of struggle to a place of success.

Our desire at CTG is to be a central point in our community not only for individuals and families but other organizations as well. We believe that the success of any community depends not on one sole entity, but the community as a whole. As we develop our own unique ways to reach Claiborne County, we want to come along side other organizations to assist in their efforts as well as connect them with those in our community that can benefit from what they provide.
